Ground: Google satellite 2025-10-12 (shows the foundation) over the 2025 IndianaMap ortho, with Brook's 2026-08-05 aerial (parents' house area) on top, draped on the USGS 3DEP 2017 lidar terrain (NAVD88, no vertical exaggeration). Parcel lines are GIS (IndianaMap / Dubois Co.), not survey.
ASSUMPTIONS: v2 placement: the IFC stem walls are fitted to the foundation visible in Google satellite imagery dated 2025-10-12 (UTM 16N E507738.7 N4258297.8 for IFC point (-13.9,-179.05); plan rotated 45.1° clockwise, front faces SW; no mirroring; 97% of stem-wall points within 0.3 m). FFE ASSUMED 170.69 m / 560.0 ft NAVD88 = 2017 lidar median under the footprint + 6 in (the lidar predates the pad; get the real FFE). Terrain is the ungraded 2017 surface. The house traced on the 2026-08-05 aerial (orange roof trace) is Brook's parents' house and is not modeled. The 28" stone wainscot band is cut from the exterior walls (not in the IFC). Colours marked "assumed" in the finishes list were not specified. v4: room-model detail (doors/trim, cabinets + hardware, master-bath Kohler -2MB selections, penny tile, laundry, garage) comes from the Blender room models in house-bot/model/zones (authored objects only; no IFC geometry altered). Floors = v6: tan stained concrete per Brook, not in IFC (stain colour ASSUMED); ceilings GWB at 10 ft per Brook (assumed; no vault in the IFC). v6b: finished grade = top of the concrete slab (FFE, per Brook); the stone wainscot stops at the slab and the terrain is flattened to it around the house; lidar point cloud removed; Solar (proposed) + Generator layers added. The terrain is cut out under the house footprint (+0.6 m). v6 (per Brook, not in IFC): Sonos speakers layer = the Sonos design v3, speakers everywhere (sonos_layout_v3.json, status PROPOSED; Era 100s are option-only on a separate layer, off) at its IFC-ft points; TV location ASSUMED, porch soffits not in IFC (ASSUMED under the roof), sizes ASSUMED.
